To effectively process your requests please submit a request for each service you would like to request. This allows each request to be routed as quickly as possible to the proper technical team, additionally communication for each request can be associated to the proper request ticket.

If you are reading this you are using our Service Portal, accessible from any computer with Internet access, and available 24/7.
- Log into the Service Portal, upper right of this page, to access the full range of services and knowledge articles available to you, as well as ticket requests.
- From the top (blue) header you can select:
- Knowledge Base to search and view hundreds of articles for information you are looking for
- Services, to view available service catalogs and submit service requests
- Services > Ticket Requests to view your submitted requests
- The service portal offers Service Catalogs, that provide a menu of requestable services, for:
- Institutional Effectiveness and Technology (IET)
- Building Services
- Marketing Services
