How do I reset my Voicemail PIN?
Steps:
From any computer or mobile device, go to
https://user.webex.com/
Login using your StarID@minnstate.edu and password.
Complete the Minnesota State Microsoft MFA security check
Click on
Settings
in the left side menu
Click on
Calling
in the top menu, then click on the
Voicemail
in the new menu below.
Click on
Reset voicemail PIN
You may now enter in a new PIN. Please review the PIN requirements
Confirm your new PIN
Click Save
About PINS:
Voicemail PIN requirements:
Must contain
6-30 digits
Must not contain
repeated patterns
last 10 Voicemail PINs
the reverse of your old PIN
your phone number or extension
the same digit 3 times in a row
3 ascending digits or 3 descending digits
the reverse of your phone number or extension
