How To

Question:

  • How do I set up my departmental (hunt group) voicemail?

Steps:

  1. Call 4567

  2. You will hear the system as you for your ID.  Press * (star)

  3. Enter the four digit hunt group (departmental) number you want to set up the greeting for and press # (pound/hash)

  4. Enter your PIN and press # (pound/hash)

  5. You will hear the "Welcome to Cisco Unity Connection" greeting.

From this point forward, instructions are the same as your personal voicemail box.

Follow prompts to:

  • Record your name and press the # (pound/hash) key.
  • Record a greeting and press the # (pound/hash) key.
  • Set a new PIN (six digits)
