First Step: Login to the the Virtual Event Management System to view current space availability.
Internal Events: Events run by a department or internal organization.
Internal events hosted by a department, faculty, staff or student organizations require prior budgetary approval.
Major event spaces include Founders Hall Auditorium, Reception Area, Great Hall, Library 302 Eco Lab and Science Education Center Atrium.
Other spaces, including classrooms and computer labs are also available for event reservation but specific rooms may not be guaranteed due to class scheduling.
Spaces on campuses other than the Saint Paul Campus are subject to the reservation process and procedure of that campus.
Faculty, staff or student organizations are eligible to submit this request.ser
Internal events intending to serve food may have a potluck or catered food.
Internal events requiring set-up or clean-up may incur a charge back to the department cost center.
Student organizations can contact the Director of Student Life and Leadership Development for budgetary approval prior to event space reservation.
Events wishing to serve alcohol will need to refer to the Minnesota State System procedures and complete the form, save and attach it to the ticket.
