Student Contact List Request

Overview

• Contact lists are useful when staff or faculty need to reach specific groups of students.

• This service is for contact lists that cannot be created using the student email utility application. The student email utility allows the creation of lists by advisor, college, admit, status, year in school (Fr. So. etc.), major term last registered or any combination of those elements.

• Requests involving private data (e.g., grades, demographics) must be tied to a specific business need to know.
