Request to reserve an event space on a Metropolitan State University campus as an external (non-Metropolitan State University) organization.
External organizations may be affiliated with a state agency, be for profit or not for profit.
Major event spaces include Founders Hall Auditorium, Reception Area, Great Hall, Library 302 Eco Lab and Science Education Center Atrium.
Other spaces, including classrooms and computer labs are also available for event reservation but specific rooms may not be guaranteed due to class scheduling.
There is a two hour minimum reservation
External events wanting to serve food must use an approved catering service
External events require prior payment and proof of certificate of liability insurance
Events wishing to serve alcohol will need to refer to the Minnesota State System procedures and submit the form by uploading it as an attachment to the ticket.
