Change email Distribution Group Membership

Overview

  • Static Distribution Lists are manually managed by assigned list administrator(s).
  • Authorized administrators, of static (manually managed) custom distribution lists, or their authorized designees, may use this form to request membership changes to their distribution group.

  • Please note that all email addresses must be institutional addresses (e.g. @metrostate.edu).

  • Do NOT use this form to request changes to Dynamic Distribution Lists (e.g. class lists, departmental lists, etc.)

Request Options

  • Use this service to add or remove members to a static distribution group.

  • You will be required to provide full name of distribution group (e.g. advising-council@lists.metrostate.edu) – should always end in @lists.metrostate.edu.

  • You will be required to provide (one line for each person) with the following:  Name, Email Address and StarID of member(s) you are adding or removing.
