Videoconference Reservation Request

Overview

• Videoconferencing allows audio and video connection between Metropolitan State University campuses and other institutions that have technology available.

• Requesters must first contact Building Services to reserve a room with videoconferencing capability: Event and Meeting Reservations.

• Videoconferencing-capable rooms per location:

  • Saint Paul campus -  LIB 302 (Ecolab)

  • Minneapolis - MEC 2300

  • Midway Center - 100C

  • Brooklyn Park - LECJEC 204

• Faculty and staff are eligible to request setup and support.

Benefits

• Allows virtual attendance at a conference or meeting

• Can eliminate travel time for long-distance attendees
