Overview

• Departments may have a business need for a mobile phone.

• A department cellular device can only be used for business purposes.

• Metropolitan State University's cell phone provider is Verizon Wireless.

• Requestors can request an iOS or Android device.

• Complete the PDF document attached in the lower right hand corner.

• Scan and attach the form to the 'Attachments' field of this request.

• Cellular phones will only be purchased for employees who have a clear institutional purpose.
