Equipment Checkout Request

Overview

• Available equipment for checkout includes laptops, laptop carts, OWLS, and voice amplifiers.

• Equipment is available for pick up during scheduled business hours only.

• Faculty and staff are eligible to check out equipment for up to one week.

• Equipment that is needed on multiple dates, but not consecutive must fill out ONE REQUEST PER DATE.

Benefits

• Allows individuals to complete job duties that require greater mobility

• Loaner laptops include the typical base software package.
