Card Access Request

Overview

• Metropolitan State University ID cards can be programmed to access areas that have an electronic proximity door lock. 

• Use your ID card much like a key fob to automatically unlock a door long enough to enter the room. 

• Card programming may take up to 14 business days to be active.

• Faculty, staff and students are eligible to make this request.

• Note: If you are making this request on behalf of the person needing access please make sure you fill out their name in the "Who needs Access" field on the form.

Benefits

• Allows the individual to access a space without need for a physical key

• Enables individuals to access resources needed for business purposes
