- External Events (Corporate/Private): Pay space and service fees upfront.
- State Agency Events: Pay for space and services post-event.

Parking Vouchers

Security Officer(s)
- Price: $60.00/hour/officer
- Service Description: (Minimum of 4 hours) – If your event request falls outside of normal building operating hours or if you’re planning to serve alcohol during your event you will be required to have security present
Technology Equipment Fee
- Price: $150.00/event
- Service Description: This charge includes the use of Wi-Fi networks, loaner laptops, microphones, speakers and/or TV displays
Technology Support Fee
- Price: $115.00/hour
- Service Description: (Minimum of 2 hours) – There may be technology charges for specific IT equipment utilization or if support is needed
