Request Additions or Modifications in eLumen

Overview

  • Request service to add/edit/update information in eLumen
  • Request to make changes in PSLOs must be kept in sync with student learning outcomes on Metro's academic programs and web pages
  • Length of service is contingent on information received and additional information may be required to complete service
  • Typical requests include:
    • Entering or changing PSLOs, Learning Indicators, courses to be used for assessing specific Learning Indicators, curriculum maps, creating and planning assessments. Adding faculty as an evaluator in all sections/all semesters for a specific course
    • Solving issues regarding entering assessment data and running reports
    • Length of service completion is contingent on information received and additional information may be required to complete service
