Office Move Request

Overview 

  • Request for a physical office move/change within your departments allocated space

  • University employees are eligible to request this service with prior supervisor approval. (Approvals are auto routed through request form)

  • University Furniture Standards and Components will apply to all requests

NOTE: This request does not include any physical modifications of a space

Prior to an Office Move

  • Filing cabinets must be emptied prior to the scheduled time of the filing cabinet move. 

  • Desks must be cleared of all personal items.

Benefits

  • Promotes accurate data location information of people, equipment and resources that are crucial for outside Emergency Services and Building Safety.

  • Ensures furniture is moved in a safe and effective manner

  • Visit Campus Operations service portal to submit a Key Request.

  • Visit the IET service portal to submit a request for relocation of technology, such as computers, printers, etc.
