Service Center Regular Hours
Monday Through Thursday - 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Service Center walk-up is available)
Friday - No Walk-up Assistance (Remote Assistance Only) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday - Fall and Spring Semester: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Service Center walk-up is available)
Sunday - Closed

- If you need a service we have outlined in our service catalog, please submit your specific Service Request so we can process your request most efficiently.
- If you are experiencing issues (something broken that needs to be fixed), please report an Incident.
- You can call 651-793-1240 or email service.center@metrostate.edu.
- To view the status and updates on tickets you have submitted, just log in to the Service Portal with your Minnesota State login and click on Services at the top and then click Ticket Requests to view your submitted tickets.
