Minnesota State Service Desk, Service Portal and Contact

  • Go to Minnesota State Service Portal: servicedesk.minnstate.edu

  • Once signed in, you can submit a request, view submitted tickets, search knowledge articles, and more.
    • Select Sign In, located in the upper-right. Use credentials:
    • Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu and StarID password
    • Faculty and Staff: StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password

  • To view Minnesota State Service Desk Hours and phone contact select, Contact Us located in the 2nd to the top green row

  • View Minnesota State System Status page
