  • Once completed, please proceed to your downloads folder to open the application.
  • Double click on Open To Deploy Support Button.zip file to extract it.

  • Now double click on the Open To Deploy Support Button previously extracted.

  • You may have already bypassed this window from previous software installations. If it doesn't pop-up, please proceed to the next step. However, if you do see it, click "Open". 

  • The "Technology Services Chat" option is now available on your Mac desktop.
