You will need to click the link below to begin the download and install process.

- Once the link above is clicked, you will see the file begin to download to your computer.
- Once completed, please proceed to your downloads folder to open the application.
- Double click on Open To Deploy Support Button.zip file to extract it.
- Now double click on the Open To Deploy Support Button previously extracted.
- You may have already bypassed this window from previous software installations. If it doesn't pop-up, please proceed to the next step. However, if you do see it, click "Open".
- The "Technology Services Chat" option is now available on your Mac desktop.
