What should I do if I have an urgent request or need to report a technology outage outside of business hours?


Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7:00 PM - Midnight
Friday 5:00 PM - Midnight
Saturday 8 AM - Midnight
Sunday 8 AM - Midnight

If you have a support request that is urgent or you want to report a technology outage outside of regular IT Services business hours, you can call us and select the "after hours on-call representative" support option and a staff member will answer your call.  If someone doesn't answer your call immediately, please leave a message with the following information: Name / StarID / Callback Number  / What is the reason for the call.

Please allow time for the staff member to return your call.
