Catering
Event and meeting organizers are able to select a caterer of their choice, as long as they are a current licensed food service provider with the State of Minnesota and they are insured.
- Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) resource: Mn Catering
You can look up a Minnesota catering vendor's food and beverage license using the MDH's food, beverage, and lodging license search on MMB site https://mn.gov/elicense to verify if the vendor is licensed.
For internal events or meetings: A copy of their license must accompany the catering requisition when it’s submitted in Workday.
