Event Space Set-up Request

Overview

  • Event spaces include Founders Hall Auditorium, Reception Area, Great Hall, Library 302 Eco Lab and Science Education Center Atrium.
  • Employees are eligible to submit a space reservation request.
  • Meetings/Events that serve food are required to remove any food items from the space after the meeting/event ends.

Benefits

  • Guarantees event space will be set up on time and in your desired layout.

Important Information

  • Event space set ups must be submitted 2 weeks prior to event date

  • An event set-up is the floor plan for how the furniture in a room will be configured for the duration of your event.

  • Furniture includes the pieces listed as available, for those renting additional furniture from an external vendor - a custom set-up will be best.
