• Oracle RightNow is a customer relationship management (CRM) software service for enterprise organizations which is part of Oracle Service. 

• For a new account Click on the Request Service button and fill out the form with the required fields.

• Used for Academic Success Workshops, new student orientation, mailings from Marketing , Gateway and Admissions.
• Account and profile assistance.

• Metro State Staff are eligible to submit this request.
