This document will provide information related to the ticketing system that Admissions and a limited number of Advisors use called RightNow.
Please Note: These instructions apply to university assigned assets only; it does not apply to personally owned devices. You must use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge Web browser to install Oracle Service Cloud on your computer.
