Install Oracle Cloud Services (RightNow)

Question:

• I am an employee, how do I request Oracle Cloud Services (RightNow)?

Faculty and staff can get an Oracle Cloud Services (RightNow) account by following these steps.

This document will provide information related to the ticketing system that Admissions and a limited number of Advisors use called  RightNow.

Please Note: These instructions apply to university assigned assets only; it does not apply to personally owned devices.  You must use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge Web browser to install Oracle Service Cloud on your computer.

1. Submit a Oracle Cloud Services (RightNow) Request
2. Go to http://metro-gateway.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/metro_gateway.cfg/php/admin/launch.php
3. Use the button  ‘ Install Oracle Service Cloud  (do not click on the Desktop install)
4. After the install you will see the login screen below 

NOTE: If you have issues with the install please call 651-793-1240 or email IT.Desk@metrostate.edu and they will route your ticket to the appropriate team.
