This request is for appeals alleging written errors of issuance contrary to Metropolitan State University Parking Regulation.
Parking citation appeals must be submitted within five business days of the date the citation was issued.
Individuals must scan a copy of the parking ticket and attach it to this request.
Once received, the citation will be placed on a hold status for up to 30 days while being reviewed.
Individuals can only file one appeal per parking citation. All decisions are final.
Faculty, staff, students and visitors are eligible to submit a parking citation appeal.
Provides individuals an opportunity to have their citation discounted or waived.
