Returning Recent External Calls

In order to return a call, you have to use “Edit Dial” and add the 9 or 9 +1 in front of the number to dial out.

Below are the steps to complete this action:

• Go to missed/recent calls.
• Use the navigation circle to highlight the number/person you want to call back.
• Toggle to see more options (bottom right hand button below screen) until you see “Edit Dial”.
• Press that button and you will be able to add a 9 or 9 +1 in front of the number and press “Call”.
  • The number can be edited anywhere using the physical dial on the center of phone.
