If you do not have a personal email account associated your StarID to receive a verification code, follow the steps below to include or update your preferred email address
Go to eServices and log in with your StarID and password.
Select Account Management
Select Demographic Info
Scroll to the bottom of the page to enter your email address (see Important note to enter a personal email address) Important! The recommendation is to use an email address other than your Metropolitan State email (use a personal email address). The verification code will be sent to the personal address (if you forget your password or your password has expired), since your student email account is locked.
Select the Submit button to save changes.
