Faculty/Staff: Updating Notification/Personal Email

Overview: 

This article will cover how to connect a personal email address to your StarID account.

Steps

  1. Go to Employee Dashboard and log in with your StarID and password.
  2. Select My Profile
  3. Select Contact Information
  4. IN the "Personal Email" field, enter your email address (see Important note to enter a personal email address)
    • Important! The recommendation is to use an email address other than your Metropolitan State email (use a personal email address). The  verification code will be sent to the personal address as the student email account will be locked.)
  5. Select the Save button to save changes.
