• How to Access Equity by Design Data for Faculty

Steps:

1. Follow the instructions in this knowledge based article, “Virtual Computer Lab: Access via Web Browser”.
2. Open a web browser and navigate to the Metro State Home page.
3. Go to my.metro.
4. Click on my.reports on the left.
5. Click on “Equity by Design” underneath “Summary Reports”.
6. Enter your StarID and password when prompted.
7. This will take you to your data.
8. If you do not see your data click on “View Report" at the top right of the page.
9. Questions relating to the data can be addressed to Alec Campbell or by submitting a service ticket. Questions relating to Equity by Design can be addressed to Josefina Landreau.

Summary:

Equity by Design data allow faculty to identify equity gaps in their classes. The data are most easily accessed through Metro State virtual labs which bring our on-campus labs (including all of our academic software) to our students, faculty, and staff on their personal computers and tablets - virtually.
