Qualtrics Access
- You must request Qualtrics Access Request for Employees and Students to enable your account. Note: after you click on the link please make sure to review the “How To Request” section for further instructions before submitting your request.
- After creating a ticket to request access, Log into Qualtrics using your starid credentials at https://metrostateie.co1.qualtrics.com.
- Once you receive notification that your account is activated, go to https://metrostateie.co1.qualtrics.com to access your full Qualtrics account.
- If prompted, enter your login (StarID@minnstate.edu) and password (StarID password). Note: you might be already logged in via Single Sign-On.
- You may be asked if you’ve ever used Qualtrics before. Even if you have a pre-existing account with another organization, say this is your first time using Qualtrics. A new account will be automatically generated for you.
Qualtrics Training
(Your Qualtrics account must be activated to access the training modules.)
View free and self-paced training modules designed to assist you in learning the Qualtrics product.
- To access these 9 modules, visit https://www.qualtrics.com/support/.
- Select “Training on XM Basecamp.”
3. Select the module you are interested in.
4. If prompted to log in, click “Sign in with SSO.” Do not enter a Username and Password.
5. Enter “metrostateie” as the company’s Organization ID. (metrostateie is the abbreviation for Metro State Institutional Effectiveness.)
6. Complete the training modules at your pace.
Qualtrics Support
(Your Qualtrics account must be activated to access Support.)
1. For assistance with Qualtrics, visit https://www.qualtrics.com/support/.
2. Click “Contact Support” in the upper right-hand corner.
3. If prompted to log in, click “Sign in with SSO.” Do not enter a Username and Password.
