Overview
TeamDynamix (TDX) is Metro State University’s Service Management and Project Management platform. This platform is built with ITSM framework in mind. TDX is utilized via the Service Portal delivering the service catalog, knowledge base, portfolio project planning, asset, ticketing and reporting applications.
Technicians who are members of departments currently enrolled and that leverage TeamDynamix, use this service to request:
Application requests for development, modification, configuration or continuous improvement (CI) for:
- Dashboard/desktop (global)
- Global reports
- Service form and form fields
- Workflows
- Ticket task template
- Scheduled tickets
- Response templates
- Retirement of service - Pre-Retirement Checklist
Knowledge requests for:
- Knowledge consultation
- Propose New Article Development
- Address feedback and Continuous Improvements (CI)
- Category creation/modification
- Article retirement - Pre-Retirement Checklist
