Technology Services provides the technology and capability to host a successful on-campus event.
Requestors must reserve an event space with Campus Operations prior to submitting this request.
Faculty, staff and on-campus organizations are eligible to reserve event equipment and request event setup.
Event support is available during business hours 8am-7pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm Friday, and 8am-1pm Saturday. All requests outside of these hours are contingent upon staff availability and approval.
