Overview
Check event space availability in the Event Management System (EMS) for intended Event Date(s) and Time(s) using the instructions provided below.
Instructions
- Log into EMS using your Star ID and password.
- In the left navigation, select LOCATIONS.
- At the top of the locations page, select a Date for look-up.
- Under Locations select Add/Remove locations. In the Find locations field type “Metro” to display Metro State locations.
- Checkmark the box next to the listed Building, that houses desired event space, then select Update Locations.
- Note: EMS Building names, along with event space(s) names, are listed below for reference
- Use the scroll bar as needed to view the desired event space.

- AUD Auditorium (Event Space Name)
- Founders Hall Reception Area (Event Space Name)
- METRO_LIB_Library (Building Name)
- 302 Ecolab Hyflex (Event Space Name)

- GRTHALL Great Hall (Event Space Name)
- METRO_SEC_Science Education Center (Building Name)
- 100 SEC Atrium (Event Space Name)
