Instructions: Check EMS Event Space Availability

Overview

Check event space availability in the Event Management System (EMS) for intended Event Date(s) and Time(s) using the instructions provided below. 

Instructions

  1. Log into EMS using your Star ID and password.
  2.  In the left navigation, select LOCATIONS
  3. At the top of the locations page, select a Date for look-up.
  4. Under Locations select Add/Remove locations. In the Find locations field type “Metro” to display Metro State locations.
  5. Checkmark the box next to the listed Building, that houses desired event space, then select Update Locations.   
    • Note: EMS Building names, along with event space(s) names, are listed below for reference
  6. Use the scroll bar as needed to view the desired event space.

  • METRO_FH Founders Hall (Building Name)
    • AUD Auditorium (Event Space Name)
    • Founders Hall Reception Area (Event Space Name)
  • METRO_LIB_Library (Building Name)
    • 302 Ecolab Hyflex (Event Space Name)
  • METRO_NM_New Main (Building Name)
    • GRTHALL Great Hall (Event Space Name)
  • METRO_SEC_Science Education Center (Building Name)
    • 100 SEC Atrium (Event Space Name)
  • METRO_SC_Student Center (Building Name)
    • 101 Multiuse Space (Event Space Name)
