The University Planning objective is to establish a University-wide planning culture and framework that:
- Helps Metropolitan State University achieve its strategic goals
- Positively impacts student success
- Increases transparency, awareness, and effectiveness
- Increases institutional focus and traction
- Assists with prioritization, capacity planning and resource management
