Why clear browser cache and cookies?
Answer:
Browser Cache tools allow pages to load faster. However, sometimes this can cause conflicts when Websites are updated and developed.
Clearing Cache and Cookies is a common first-step for troubleshooting Internet browsing issues and a way to help determine if there is something wrong with a website, rather than inconsistencies related to Web browsers.
Instructions:
Be sure to close and restart the browser after clearing the cache and cookies.
