Question:

  • I am an employee, how do I request Adobe Creative Cloud Suite?

Faculty and staff can get an Adobe Creative Cloud Suite by following these steps.

Please Note: These instructions apply to university assigned assets only; it does not apply to personally owned devices.

  • Step 1) Submit a Software Request.
  • Step 2) A technician will create your Adobe ID
    • You will receive a notification email from Adobe
    • Your Adobe ID will be in the form of your email address: first.last@metrostate.edu
  • Step 3) Follow the steps in the Adobe email to complete your Adobe ID set-up
  • Step 4) Use the instructions from the Adobe email to complete the set-up of your Adobe account
  • Step 5) Update your software request ticket when you have completed the set up of your Adobe account
  • Step 6) If the Adobe software is to be downloaded on your device, the technician will contact you
