Adobe Creative Cloud ID and Access for Faculty and Staff

Question:

  • I am an employee. How do I set up my Adobe ID to access the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite?

Faculty and staff can get an Adobe ID by following these steps.

Please Note: These instructions apply to university assigned assets only; it does not apply to personally owned devices.

  • Step 1) Submit a Software Request.
  • Step 2) You will be contacted via your software request ticket once your Adobe ID has been created.
    • Your Adobe ID will be in the form of your email address: first.last@metrostate.edu
    • You will also receive an email from Adobe with instructions to complete set up of your Adobe account.
  • Step 3) Once you have completed set up of your Adobe account please update your software request ticket with information that you have completed set up of your Adobe account.
  • Step 4) Once you have updated the ticket that you have completed Adobe account set up, a technician will contact you to schedule a time to do the software install.
