Adobe Creative Cloud ID and Access for Faculty and Staff

Question:

  • I am an employee, how do I request Adobe Creative Cloud Suite?

Faculty and staff can get an Adobe Creative Cloud Suite by following these steps.

Please Note: These instructions apply to university assigned assets only; it does not apply to personally owned devices.

  • Step 1) Submit a Software Request.
  • Step 2) A technician will create your Adobe ID and you will receive a notification email from Adobe.
    • Your Adobe ID will be in the form of your email address: first.last@metrostate.edu
  • Step 3)  Follow steps in Adobe email to complete your Adobe ID setup
  • Step 4  Using the instructions in the email from Adobe completed set up of your Adobe account
  • Step 5)  Update your software request ticket that you have completed set up of your Adobe account.
  • Step 5)  The technican will contact you complete the software installation
