- Summer & Fall Terms: Requests due March 15
- Spring Term: Requests due October 15

New Software requests:
- Important Notes: New software requests require additional time for review, purchasing, testing, and deployment, and may not be completed prior to the start of the upcoming semester. To help ensure software availability for your course, early submission is strongly recommended. Please note that availability for the requested term cannot be guaranteed.
