Overview

Reserving Meeting Space

  • Employees reserve meeting space by logging into the Event Management System (EMS) with their StarID and password to self-book meeting space reservations. Instructions on how to reserve meeting space in EMS is provided in guide:: Instructions: Reserve Meeting Space

Meeting Reservation Support

    Training: Employees are eligible to request one-on-one or group training on the use of EMS to reserve (self-book) meeting space. Trainings will be conducted over Teams/Zoom. 
  • Use this service to submit questions about meetings, EMS features, or other scheduling or reservation related questions. 

  • Submit request for any other assistance needed for meeting reservations.
