TeamDynamix (TDX) Support Request

Overview

  • TeamDynamix (TDX) is the web-based enterprise service management tool being used by many departments at Metro State. TDX provides ticketing, service requests, knowledge base article management, projects and more.

  • This service request allows Clients and Technicians to request employee/student technician access, development or modifications of services, knowledge, dashboards, forms, consultation for ticketing/training and other application functions within TeamDynamix.

  • Ability to request a consultation with the Service Management Team to discuss and gather business requirements for continuous improvements, shared services and service management best practices and efforts.

Process

  • Click on the Request Service button and fill out the form with the required fields.

  • Requests need to include justification of business need and detailed information.

  • If you have several requests, please submit each separately. This allows us to assign work appropriately and keep track of your requests.

  • For standardization and consistency all material will be edited by the Service Management and Change Advisory Board prior to publishing any new content.

Scope/Constraints

The length of time it will take to complete the request varies greatly, depending on the scope of the request, other priorities and available technicians. Requests will be reviewed and you will be communicated with, within 3 business days of submitting your request.
