University Space Request (Currently Unavailable)

Overview

  • Annual request process for new space, remodel and or changes to be made to existing space. This service request is only available once a year during a specified time period when University Space Requests are being submitted. 

  • Faculty, staff and administrators are eligible to request this service with prior approval from their division's Vice President.

          Note: Project work will not begin until approval has taken place.

Benefits

  • Promotes effective and economical use of space and resources.

  • Having approval prior to making the request saves valuable time, prevents set backs and allows proper planning and prioritization to take place providing a better customer experience.

  • Promotes accurate data location information of people, equipment and resources that are crucial for outside Emergency Services and Building Safety.
