After submission, news releases require approval by both Marketing Communications and the President's Office.
After appropriate vetting, a news release is developed and sent to an external news/media organization. They will publish at their own discretion.
Faculty, staff and students are eligible to make this request.

Request a news release, by filling out the online request form as completely as possible. Faculty, staff and students with prior approval are eligible to make this request.
The request will be considered for purpose, audience and timing.
Before work begins, news releases will be reviewed for approval by both Marketing Communications and the President's Office.
