The Digital Display System is meant to promote upcoming events, exhibits, and conferences, as well as items of general university interest.

Access to the digital display system at MEC is possible, with actual placement done by Minneapolis College. Slides at MEC will display for a maximum of seven days, and are limited to 30 words or less. When planning to display information at MEC, plan message and timing accordingly.

Each slide is displayed for ten seconds. Please limit the amount of information so the slide can be read by a viewer in ten seconds. Recommended word count is 40 words. Note: for those intending their slides to display at MEC, the word count is limited to 30 words or less.
- After clicking Request Service, fill out the form and make sure to attach any images or documents (if applicable) for display in the Attachments field prior to clicking Submit.
