Answer:

Course evaluations are completed each semester.  Faculty (and students) receive email communications to their Metro State accounts.

Links and Logins

Faculty log-in to the website with the following information.

Note: The following information is how student can access their course evaluations waiting to be completed.  This is also communicated via email to their Metro State account.

 

Faculty Dashboard

The faculty dashboard contains the following information:

  • List of the faculty's current semester courses.
  • Enrollment for each course.
  • Course roster.
  • Link to the Objectives Selection Form
  • Status of course evaluations (inactive, active, or completed)

 

Objective Selection Form

  • The link to the Objective Selection Form is located on the Faculty Dashboard. 
  • Faculty can set each course's 13 learning objectives to Minor, Important, or Essential.

  • A PDF of information is also available in the Files section of this article (right column).
