  • Report Fields: Star Id, Tech Id, Student Name (schedule link), Current Semester Access Code, Next Semester Access Code, Last Semester, Additional Information via links to Contact Info, Academic Record, DARS.
  • Report Layout: One row for every advisee
  • Report Location: Faculty Application ► Advisees
  • Report Filter: Advisee Type = Overall

Via ISRS Reports

• Report Name: Advisor Listing of Enrolled Students
  • Report Fields: Tech ID, Student Name, Phone, Access Code, Adv ID, Advisor Name, Campus.
  • Report Layout: One row for every advisee enrolled in the selected Year/Term.

• Report Name: 05 - St Term Data with Majors, Advisors and Cohorts 20091019
  • Report Fields: Year/Term, Tech Id, Record Type (current or final day, 10th day and 30th day), Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Original County, Original State, admission type, 5 cohort codes (unreliable), 3 majors, street and internet addresses, high school, private demographic information, term and cumulative GPA, local credits, transfer credits, attempted local credits, original enrollment Year/Term.
  • Report Layout: One row per student per Record Type.

  • Report Fields: Year/Term, Courses, public student information, public advisor information.

• Report Name: PSEO Students Query 20140612 ver 2
  • Report Fields: Year/Term, courses, StarID, 5 cohort codes (unreliable), 3 majors, street and internet addresses, phone number,  county, high school, private demographic information, admission type, 3 advisors, term and cumulative GPA, local credits, transfer credits, attempted local credits, original enrollment Year/Term.
  • Report Layout: One row for each student, course, and census point (current or final day, 10th day and 30th day).

Additional Notes

• The examples represent results for "Metro Mouse" and as such, the information may be absurd.
• ST_H (student high) permits access to private demographic information such as race/ethnicity, birth date, gender, and SSN.
