Questions:
How are Keys Managed?
How are Master Keys Assigned?
Answer:

One week prior to an employee separating from the University, the supervisor/dean is responsible for returning assigned keys to Mailroom Service Center (SJH L3) via drop off window or inner office mail.
Suite master keys are intended for supervisors and office managers only. All keys must be approved by the requesting employee’s supervisor before the key will be issued.
Building master keys and exterior master keys are intended for limited individuals. All key requests for these keys must be approved by the requesting employee’s supervisor and approved by the CFO before the key will be issued.
