Students, faculty and staff who are connecting to eduroam wireless from a personally owned device should use the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT). Please use the installer specific to your operating system which will automate the installation of system certificates and settings as well as credentials required to connect.
Follow these steps to use the eduroam CAT installation tools:

Visit the cat.eduroam.org web site

Click on the “eduroam user: download your eduroam installer” link towards the bottom of the screen
Choose “Metropolitan State University”.
You will be directed to a download link based on your client operating system type. If you don't see your system type's eduroam installer, click on "All Platforms" to see additional operating systems. Click on the corresponding link to download and run your operating system specific installer. NOTE: The steps shown below are for the Windows 10 operating system.

A small program will be downloaded to your computer that you will need to install.
When you run the program you will see a screen similar to this one:
Click "Next".
Click OK.
Use login credentials, username: email address and your StarID password and click Install.
Your system should now be connected to the eduroam wireless network.
If you do not wish to use the CAT tool, all other clients and users will connect to eduroam using their email address and StarID password.
