Allocation CIP for my Workday program(s)

VIDEO:  Look up Allocation CIP for Workday program

Look up Allocation CIP  for a specific Workday program in one of two ways:

1-) View program

• In top search bar: View Program
• enter the program you are interested in; tip: type METS and your ISRS cc number, or METS pg and a key word from the program description
• Attributes of the program including Allocation CIP will display

2-) From a Budget vs Actual report

• Once you've run a Budget vs Actual report, click on the name of the desired Workday Program
• Attributes of the program including Allocation CIP will display

Run report of all

Depending on your Workday role, you may also be able to run a report of all

• In top search bar type Related Worktags
  • In Taggable Types, enter 
    • Program
    • Grant (if desired)
    • Project (if needed) - this is facilities project related
  • in Worktag Types enter
    • Allocation CIP
