The Excel file attached to this article shows the mapping of all Metro State ISRS Cost Centers into Workday.
This file will be updated weekly, since FM continues to work with System Office on corrections and updates to cost center assignments, names, hierarchies, etc.
Those who have access to ISRS Web Accounting may also be able to see current mapping using the FDM Translator menu item.
Metro State’s former ISRS Cost Centers are now either a Workday Program (PG), Grant (GR), or Project (PR) worktag. Each (program, grant or project) worktag defaults to a Workday Cost Center that serves as a parent hierarchy over multiple worktags.
In addition, there is a cost center hierarchy that will help us organize cost centers into our organizational structure to aid in reporting. Financial Management will work on updates to that once cost center assignment adjustments have been completed and once impacts of cost center hierachies are more clear (pending SO response)
METS is an organizational abbreviation for Metro State University within Workday.
To aid in the transition, the six digit ISRS cost center number is included in the Workday worktag description for programs and grants that converted from ISRS. It was not included in projects.
