Metro State’s former ISRS Cost Centers are now either a Workday Program (PG), Grant (GR), or Project (PR) worktag. Each (program, grant or project) worktag defaults to a Workday Cost Center that serves as a parent over multiple worktags.
The Excel file attached (and updated weekly) shows
- mapping of all Metro State ISRS Cost Centers into Workday (their new program/project or grant number and which cost center they relate to)
- Cost center hierarches that can be used for reporting (i.e. use the level 3 cost center hierarchy (CCH) to see all activity for a division)
- Balance multiple ccs - clean up work under way for program ot cost center relationships that have changed since go live.
TIPS:
- "METS" is an organizational abbreviation for Metro State University within Workday.
- To aid in the transition, the six digit ISRS cost center number is included in the Workday worktag description for programs and grants that converted from ISRS. It was not included in projects.
- See example Metro State crosswalk for Library ISRS cost centers to Workday FDM
