Use QR Code within Workday

Install Workday mobile app using the QR code option available within Workday

• Step 1) Log into Workday:
  • Direct link to Workday: http://www.myworkday.com/minnstate/login-saml2.htmld
  • Credentials: StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password
  • You will be prompted to use multifactor authentication (MFA)
• Step 2) Go to profile (upper-right person icon), and select My Account
• Step 3) Select Organization ID 
  • 
• Step 4) From the camera on your device, Scan the QR code and follow the prompts to install the app
• Step 5) Once the app is installed you will be able to Open Workday mobile app and select Log In
  • Use credentials: StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password
  • You will be prompted to use multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Use App Store or Google Play

• Important Note: when prompted for Organizational ID, you must enter "minnstate"
• Workday Mobile App is also available directly from your device:
  • for iPhone and iPad via App Store
  • for Android via Google Play
  • Use credentials: StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password
  • You will be prompted to use multi-factor authentication (MFA)
