Use QR Code within Workday
Install Workday mobile app using the QR code option available within Workday
- Step 1) Log into Workday:
- Step 2) Go to profile (upper-right person icon), and select My Account
- Step 3) Select Organization ID
- Step 4) From the camera on your device, Scan the QR code and follow the prompts to install the app
- Step 5) Once the app is installed you will be able to Open Workday mobile app and select Log In
- Use credentials: StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password
- You will be prompted to use multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Use App Store or Google Play
- Important Note: when prompted for Organizational ID, you must enter "minnstate"
- Workday Mobile App is also available directly from your device:
- for iPhone and iPad via App Store
- for Android via Google Play
- Use credentials: StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password
- You will be prompted to use multi-factor authentication (MFA)
